Bongo is the largest member of the African forest antelope. These animals are active in the morning and at dusk. During the day they
prefer to have a long nap. The bongo is one of the precious jewels in our collection of antelope here at the Gdańsk zoo. In spring 2013, we
received the very first offspring of the endangered animals.
